What will happen?

It takes a 1 hour and 10 min drive from the Riga Old Town to get to the Volvo 740 racetrack which is located just 15 km from Latvia/Lithuania border. This is where you will have a chance to enjoy the power of specially modified Volvo 740 race cars which have a rally seat for a pilot and passenger, 4-point safety belts and a steel frame for extra safety. You can experience the individual ride or together with your friends.
In a car you can take 1 passenger and up to 4 cars can participate at a time, thus giving joy to up to 8 people. Please let us know in advance if you wish to drive two people in a car because there are 16 Volvo race cars in total but only 8 are equipped with the passenger seat.
There are 3 options to choose from - driving 4 laps (~10 min), 8 laps (~15 min) or 12 laps (~20 min). Please note that no matter which option you choose, the first 2 laps are `warm-up`/`introduction` laps where each car will go on a track with a 7-10 second time difference. You can drive as fast as you feel safe/comfortable but the first 2 laps are not for competing. You drive them to get to know the track.

After the 2 `warm up` laps, you will do the race (up to 4 cars) together. If you choose program A (4 laps in total), this means that after the 2 `warm up` laps, you will have 2 laps for the race. If you choose program B, after `warm up` laps, you do 2 sets of 3 laps, with a stop in between to rest and discuss the race with your friends. If you choose program C, after the first `warm up` laps you do the race (3 laps + 3 laps + 4 laps).

Total time for preparing before the ride is approximately 20 minutes. That consists of:
Finding the right gear and wearing it on (approx. 7 minutes)
Safety instruction (approx. 7 minutes)
Adjust the seats, steering wheel and find the right position in a car (approx. 3 minutes)
Introduction to the track (approx. 3 minutes).

Additionally you can head to the 9 ha off-road area, to test 4x4 old-school Russian Lada Niva jeeps. The off-road area consists of lower and higher hills, marshes, ditches, and fields of mud and water. The track is designed taking into account the different skills of customers, so each driver will find the most appropriate and suitable route to fully enjoy the off-road. Please do inform us at the time of making reservation, if you wish to experience a ride with the Lada Niva jeeps to avoid the situation that they are booked by some other group. 30 minutes drive with Lada Niva jeep costs 100 EUR. If you wish to book 60 minutes drive, price is 190 EUR.

Please note:
• There should be no alcohol consumed either before or during the experience.
• You can drive only if you are at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
